They are notably famous for their unique appearances thanks to their mixed bloodlines as well as their remarkably impressive capabilities compared to other pureblood heroes. As a matter of fact, all of the mighty warriors from the land of Halfblood are indeed an undeniably significant force along with other kingdoms in the battle against the dark side. Guardian warriors are those with unique appearances which represent their mighty abilities. # Dark Coming Soon... # Game Modes Metarrior is designed with an easy-to-play but hard-to-master gameplay, providing game players various kinds of game modes. Please check details in sub pages. # Mission Mission mode is the easiest game mode in Metarrior which functions just like a traditional Match-3 game.
Players have to consume 25 Energy points for each time they start Mission mode, however, the mode does offer a unique mechanism where players can re-generate their energy points by using up to 3 NFT warriors. The higher the Rarity of the warriors, the more Energy points will be generated.
Top 100 players on the Leaderboard in Mission Mode will be able to get the Spinning Tickets as their rewards at 0h UTC every Monday. # Campaign Campaign mode consists of multiple chapters, each chapter has different stages that you have to complete one by one.
Players will have to fight against the evil foes which are getting stronger and stronger after each stage. As a result, players will need to constantly level up their warriors and improve their team formation to be able to win.
Campaign mode is a perfect place to learn how to play and how to handle the battles in Metarrior, especially if you are new to the game. You can also earn a lot of resources needed to level up your warriors along the line. Players are able to compete for top rankings in Campaign mode from 0h on Monday (UTC) to 0h (UTC) on Sunday. Once the competition ends, players can obtain a certain number of Spinning Tickets as their rewards, depending on their rankings. Spinning Tickets will be sent to players at 0h (UTC) on next Monday. # Expeditions There are two Challenges in this mode, but only one of the two is at a time: Endless night and Demon Realm. ![](/files/qMHOEZQsMhtooJQo5hT0) * **Demon Realm:** this Challenge requires you to deal as much damage as possible to the giant Boss, as your total damages inflicted will be calculated as their points on the Leaderboard. * **The Endless Night:** players are required to slay as many minions as possible since the total number of minions vanquished in the battle will be calculated towards their points against others on Leaderboard.
Players have only 2 turns to compete for top rankings on the Leaderboard each day, so arranging your team formation wisely with your best warriors is highly recommended. After the Challenge ends, players will receive Special Spinning Tickets corresponding to their rankings. Special Spinning Tickets will be sent at 0h (UTC) on next Monday. # Tower of Time A tower which consists of hundreds of floors, waiting for gamers to explore. In the Tower of Time, demons and wicked creatures are not what players have to fight against but other warriors of Metarrior.
Players will find themselves facing a team of 5 warriors whose levels and power increase in accordance with the number of the floor, which means that the higher the floor is, the stronger the opponents will be. As a result, in order to clear a single floor, players will need to both enhance their warriors’ strength but also apply suitable tactics to deal with the enemies on each floor.
For every successfully cleared floor, players will receive a generous pack of rewards including golds, SOG tokens and non-NFT warrior fragments of either Rare or Elite. # Treasure Hunt Treasure Hunt is undoubtedly one of the most prominent game modes in Metarrior that players should definitely drop by. ### Rules * Upon opening Treasure Hunt mode, you will see an Energy Bar, the 2 Mini Bosses and the possible rewards you might get. * Every time players partake in a battle in Treasure Hunt, 30 Energy Points will be consumed. * For every 2 hours, your Energy bar will regenerate a specific amount of energy depending on the rarity of the NFTs you’re using to refill it. The higher the Rarity trait, the more Energy Points will be generated. * The Energy Bar will be reset every day at 0h UTC. * Players need to defeat the Mini Bosses within 10 turns.

* **Gold, EXP, SOG:** Necessary resources to level up your warriors. * **Rare** and **Elite Warrior Fragments:** you can assemble a Non-NFT Rare or Elite warrior once enough Fragments are collected. * **Lotto Voucher:** this item enables you to purchase your set of numbers without spending SOG tokens. * **Guardian Fragments:** you can assemble a non-NFT Guardian warrior once you have collected enough Fragments. Every time you succeed in slaying the Mini Bosses, you can receive 4 items as your Rewards, you can sometimes receive up to 5 items in total randomly. The number of Fragments one can receive greatly depends on the warrior with the highest level you have. Each item will have different stats and will increase the warrior's stats when donned. There are 5 potentials of equipment: Common, Rare, Elite, Epic, Legendary. The higher the rarity level of the hero, the lower the chance of opening. When summoned, NFT heroes will be at their starting level. Heroes need to be ascended in order to reach higher levels. With each level of ascension, the required amount of NFT items, $SOG or $MEWA will be different.
Each hero has their own unique potential, some will only reach the rarity level of Elite+ while others can reach Legendary+ or Ascended level. Upon joining the world of Metarrior, players are now able to access the new fantastic in-game mechanism called Breeding, where they are able to create new NFT warriors by breeding 2 separate warriors.
Each warrior can be bred up to 10 times max, the number of times that warriors can be bred will be displayed above each warrior, so that players can track how many times they have left to breed their favourite warriors. Players are able to choose to breed their warriors from 1 to 5 or even 10 times in one go, however, keep in mind that the maximum number of turns to breed that are available for players to choose depends on the least breeding times left of the two warriors. Each time players want to breed their warriors, a specific amount of $SOG and $MEWA tokens are required. After having successfully bred the warriors, by going to the Breed building at the main home screen, players will need to wait for some time before they can claim their new-born warriors, typically 5 hours of waiting. Once the time runs out, players will then be able to claim their new warriors via Metarrior’s Marketplace. # Ranking System No matter whether you are premium players or not, we guarantee to secure your experience with both equality and competitiveness by applying the Ranking and Matchmaking systems. ### MATCHMAKING To ensure fairness and equality for all teams while participating in a PvP duel, players will get matched with suitable opponents who have equivalent value of level among the heroes in the team as well as overall strength combined of the team. This mechanism is applied in the Arena with synchronous PvP and Tournament mode of Metarrior. ### RANKING Depending on the outcome of the PvP match, the participants will get ranked differently. The winning team will get rewarding points to add to their ELO point while losing the duel will result in a decrease in their current ELO point. Players can stake their $MEWA tokens for passive income and earn other in-game valuable resources. ## **Renting** In fact, thanks to NFT 2.0 technology, Metarrior's NFTs are able to stay interoperable between two different layers, which are: Experience Layer and Ownership Layer. As a result, players can rent their NFTs, which they no longer need, to other players in order to generate extra income. # Combat # Elements There are a total of 5 elements in the game that correspond to the colors of the puzzle on the board, such as Lighting - yellow, Forest - green, Ice - blue, Fire - red, and Ground - brown. All of these elements are nothing but opposite to each other, which will greatly affect the outcome of the battle. For example, having two contradicting elements in a fight will enable a warrior with the more advantageous element to gain 25% increasing attacking damage against the other one. As a result, the disadvantageous element will get a 25% decrease in attacking damage. Each NFT hero will have its own element, which requires players to match the puzzle with the same color as the element in order to perform an attack. The attacks of NFT Heroes depend on the number of puzzles matched on the board.
### # Puzzle System Puzzles are the main items that generate warriors’ power in Metarrior's fights. If there is a warrior with the same puzzle system: Each matching puzzle will add 10 mana to the warrior. If the number of puzzles solved is greater than 5, then each matching puzzle will add 8 mana to the Sage. If there is no warrior with the same puzzle system: Each matching puzzle will add 5 mana to each Sage's skill. Each matching puzzle will add 12 mana to the Sage. After creating a set of matching puzzles, warriors can buildup the energy bar and activate their ultimate skill once the bar is full. # Combat System In combat, there will be two teams. Each team will use a squad consisting of 03, or up to 05 warriors. Each warrior will be in a horizontal line. Each warrior will default attack the nearest enemy. ### How to combat Combat in turn. The team with higher total speed score will have the right to take action first. One turn will complete when each player finishes matching the gem and the warrior finishes attacking. Before the turn is completed, the player can activate skill to attack or defend without affecting their turn. In each turn, there can be 1 warrior performing an attack according to how the player arranges the squad or the number of gems activated. ### How to play Players move the gem in horizontal or vertical row. An action counts when the player matches at least 3 gems or more. ### Victory/End When all warriors of one team die, the other team will win. # Skill System There are two main types of skills in the game, which are: ### Passive skills Passive skills can be activated in the beginning of each turn or after 2-3 turns of the battle. There are two passive skills in the skillset of each warrior. ### Active skills Can be activated once the mana bar is filled up to a certain portion by matching 3 identical gems which have correspondent colors to that of the elements carried by the warriors. The ultimate skill can be activated when the mana bar of the warrior is full. This type of skill is performed only when it is the player's turn. #### *! Furthermore, players are able to choose from a wide variety of ultimate skills from the skill tree of the Sage which primarily depends on their strategy or purposes in the game.
